英语专八合格等于六级多少分？

@喜欢外语的IT宅：专八并不能准确的衡量英语水平。英语专八如果只拿证书，那么离应用自如还差很远。英语专业八级不是一个成就，它只是一个英专学生毕业应该达到的最低水平。同样的雅思、托福是出国、留学生活应该达到的一个水平的底线。专八是我们学习英语的一个新的起点，雅思、托福也一样。至于语言最高到什么水平，是很难衡量的。
@zorroxzz：本人专八通过，六级550+，哑巴英语，水平很差，只是碰巧通过考试而已。我从来不主动说我是英语专业。一般别人问我英语咋样，我就回答：六级水平。
目前听：可以看懂大部分无字幕视频，只要不是专业的，如医学之类的，基本上都能看懂。说：哑巴英语，非让我说，可以吭吭哧哧大概表达出来。让我一次性说10个单词以上的长句子，好吧，那我得想一下才能说出口。写：就是考试能写出来作文的水平，没啥长进。
@Liu：大部分人都是从实用性角度去评判专八的，其实大可不必。因为专八更倾向的是学术能力，你可能专八考80+甚至90+，但并不代表你可以和国际友人对答如流，也不见得能听懂时政要事，不过总的来说如果你凭实力通过的话，至少代表你在词汇量和文学规则上已经可以达到语言研究的门槛了。
@ZEGBUL：2016年专八进行了改革，从知识性考试变成了技能性考试，接近国外非语言专业大学生的语言水平。一个专八80分的，单纯看语言水平的话，应该不输国外的大学生，一个60分的，可能只有高一高二的水平。
@羔羊：专八阅读难度比六级大太多了，特别是专八阅读还有简答题，听力就更不用说了，一个 mini lecture 让多少考生望而却步。

或许比较直观：
专八60分 ≈ 六级550分
专八60-69合格 ≈ 六级550-610分
专八70-79分良好 ≈ 六级610-650分
专八80分优秀及以上 ≈ 六级650分+

总的来说
专业四级的难度已经基本在CET-6之上了
专八的难度更是和GRE有一比
英语专八的平均过级率只有在35%左右
社会上对CET-4/6的承认相对广泛
但是，英语专业四级和八级证书的“震慑力”
比四六级高出一截
这一点，也是一个不争的事实
