再者，就算不受到翻译的干扰，但凭语英语自身的语感，xx(time) after sth，这里xx明显是一个时长啊。
如果要用序数词，就不是搭配after。而是
This is the fourth day when(表示距离起始时间点) ……或
This is the fourth day from ……
